Our Center is located in Milford, Massachusetts and offers a variety of services, programs and events. Open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Friday from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm and Sundays 1:00 to 3:30 pm

​​The Red Hat Society Wants You!

This circle of  friends is comprised of women 60 and older. The suggested attire is a red hat and a purple outfit.  It is, however, required to have as much fun as possible!  The group meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Milford Senior Center. Check the newsletter for details on the monthly meetings.

Visit our Fitness Facility! Adjacent to the exercise room is the Fitness Studio. With state of the art equipment and three professional trainers on hand to help you develop a safe and healthy workout program.


Meet our Fitness Specialists Rebecca Tredeau-Ledoux, Daniel Harlow and Jeff Knox. These professional trainers are on site mornings from 9 am - 12 pm, Monday through Friday.​

The Golden Youth Technology Club is  a group of volunteers from the Milford High School that will be providing lessons on how to use your electronic gadgets. They will help you learn to use your tablet, ​e-reader, cell phone, lap top or any other electronic device you may have and need help with. Please call the Senior Center for details and to set up an appointment.
