My career was accounting and audit recovery but my passion has always been fitness and nutrition. I have been exercising for 40 years. I got certified as a personal trainer in 2004 and helped friends and family get into exercising on a regular basis. I love helping people get started in working with free weights as well as cardiovascular workouts. It is very satisfying and personally rewarding.

FREE Fitness Program
This program is made possible through a grant received from the MetroWest Health Foundation. With this assistance we were able to hire three professional trainers. These certified trainers will assist with developing individual fitness plans and tracking your progress.
We offer state of the art fitness equipment which includes treadmills, bicycles, Elliptical, 3-Stack Multi Gym and a rower.

Stan Parker - Personal Trainer
Most of you already know Rebecca. She has been teaching our Zumba Gold and Fall Prevention classes and is always ready to fill in wherever needed. She is enthusiastic about instructing groups and individuals on exercise activities and the fundamentals of wellness by demonstrating proper techniques and methods. She is a motivated Fitness Professional providing wellness assistance to clients at all fitness levels. Rebecca strongly believes health is a conscious lifestyle choice necessary for longevity and happiness.
Daniel is a certified nutrition specialist and personal trainer. He provides wellness training based on nutritional goals and fitness capacity. Daniel will demonstrate the proper use of the equipment and machines and develop individual wellness programs for our seniors that meet their goals, plus the ability to achieve and maintain long-term health benefits.
